Where to stay in Istanbul
Feel free to reach out to us for personalized recommendations. In general, we recommend staying at Kadıköy. It is arguably the most "hip" area in Istanbul with various bars, bookshops, and entertainment options. It is also a 15 minute car ride to the port.
Another alternative is Sultanahmet if you'd like to be walking distance to the historical attractions. We recommend this option if you're going to attend the guided-tour.
Kadikoy Suggestions: Holiday Inn Hotel
Sultanahmet Suggestions: Lalahan Hotel
Heybeliada Suggestions: Perili Kosk Concept Hotel
Staying on the Island
If you'd like to spend the night on the island, there are various small hotels. The venue can call a taxi for you to one of those. The center of the island is a beautiful tourist destination with historic villas, monasteries, shops, and food options.

You also might be wondering…
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a guest, absolutely. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and ask.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, we love your little ones. There will be child entertainers attending to 5-11 year olds. Please remember to include their age in your RSVP form.
What should I wear?
The dress code is summer formal. Think festive and dressed-up, but still comfortable. We’ll be outside, so bring shoes that work on grass and gravel.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan food?
Yes! Just let us know your dietary preferences in the RSVP form and we’ll make sure there’s something good for everyone.
Can I give a speech?
We love speeches! Just let Fatih Ecevit know when you arrive at the venue. You can reach him at +90 532 205 9565.
Can I take photos?
Yes, of course – but we’d love it if you were present during the ceremony. After that, snap away.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence is more than enough. But if you'd like to give something, the Turkish tradition is to place gold coins or banknotes in an envelope with your name on it.
Will the party be indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors on the beach! In case of rain, their will be some cover.
Is there a theme or color palette?
No strict theme – just soft, summery tones if you'd like to match the setting.

Kids are welcome—and our 6-12-year-old guests will have their own dedicated supervisor to play and keep an eye on them.

Summer formal is the dress code – think flowing fabrics and light tones.
